Hi, I’m Julio. I design products, services, and experiences that make complexity feel simple and human. I started out in design, fascinated by how storytelling and visuals could shape the way people feel about a product. That curiosity led me into customer experience and later product management, where I discovered the thrill of not just imagining ideas but actually bringing them to life with a team.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked across CX, product innovation, and service design, helping brands and startups untangle messy problems and reimagine how people interact with them. I love the research phase just as much as the creative one, whether it is talking to users, mapping their journeys, or spotting the small frictions that can make or break an experience. I also enjoy the product side because it challenges me to think about scale, strategy, and execution.

What you’ll see in this portfolio is that mix. Some projects are deeply human and story-driven, others focus on systems and structure, but all of them are about creating experiences that feel effortless and meaningful. At the end of the day, I like making things work for people, and I like having fun while doing it.
